I just got off the phone with James Butts. I have a situation with a neighbor squatting. I was trying to explain everything to him and he asked if I could shorten this. So I tried. Now keep in mind that I am not trying to be an attorney but since this has been ongoing for a year, I've done alot of research on this problem. Especially adverse possession.
