They never pick up the phone, The staff are extremely rude and treat soldiers like subhumans. This place is genuinely despicable and nothing is being done about it. Stuff like this is why the Army struggles with retention. 4th CAB and 2SBCT leadership need to address how garbage this clinic is.
This clinic is the worse when it comes to taking care of patients in regards to sick call. Why take a ticket off the kiosk, and say it’s first come first serve basis when It doesn’t matter. Every time I come here for sick call, I always get seen HOURS later. I’ve waited over 3 hours just to do a follow up. They skip people and don’t do anything about seeing people in the order they came in. If I could give less than a star, I would cause this is ridiculous
The clerks and the people who work at the front desk are soo rude and disrespectful… They have zero privacy for soldiers and think they know everything… They have no confidentiality whatsoever…
