Horrible… this is the reason why I try to go off post. Called to make an appt and was immediately put on hold for over 1.5 hours. Makes the stereotypes of military medical providers even more true, how they do not care about us Soldiers.
They will downplay your injuries to protect the army. Use your money to go to an off base doctor so you can get proper documentation and care for VA.
horrible, They never pick up their appointments are always scheduled way too far out, and when they do check you out they are more inclined to look out for the interests of the army than your health. I've regularly called them over and our for an hour or more without them ever picking up. If this clinic were not employed by the government for soldiers that are used to being abused by their health system they would have been run out of business a long time ago.
They never pick up the phone, The staff are extremely rude and treat soldiers like subhumans. This place is genuinely despicable and nothing is being done about it. Stuff like this is why the Army struggles with retention. 4th CAB and 2SBCT leadership need to address how garbage this clinic is.
