Poor service, and cheap and flimsy product.
Beyond impressed with the team at Buttonwood Mementos! Our law firm searched high & low for a company to make 54 high-quality customized awards. Other companies either revealed a price estimate that was unrealistic or admitted they can’t do our design. Luckily, this led us to Buttonwood Mementos. The turn around time was unreal! Unprofessional and thoughtless workers. Their stuff always breaks too. You can get better/cheaper designs elsewhere.
