BUTTONWOOD BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL IS APPALLING. MY ELDERLY MOM WAS THERE FOR 11 DAYS AND THE CARE WAS HORRIBLE. THERE IS NO MEETINGS OR COMMUNICATION TO DISCUSS TREATMENT PLANS OR MEDICINE SIDE EFFECTS. SHE WAS OVER MEDICATED AND WAS SENT BACK TO HER NURSING HOME WITH THE BEGINNINGS OF ABED SORE. FOR 10 DAYS I ASKED FOR A GEL CUSHION AND FOR HER OWN CLOTHING TO BE PUT ON HER BUT TO NO AVAIL. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!
This is a top 10 facility and the staff are from the area take pride in what we do day in and day out.We may not be one of those plush for profit facilities but our standard of care is by far the best in south jersey!
