Awesome people to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgable staff from the office to the technician who arrives at your door to fix your problems. A/C repair. Within 5 minutes Brandon of arriving diagnosed the problem... that was after stopping to pet the dog!. He had the part in his truck and the repair was completed. But he didn't stop after repairing the outdoor unit, he took the time to check the temperature at furnace to make sure it was blowing cold air and waited until the thermostat completed the restart cycle before leaving. So professional and responsive. I had been battling the heat for weeks and called another company that dodged my calls and gave me the run around. Button’s company was referred by my realtor and they came within two hours of my call. The technician (Andrew) was knowledgeable and very helpful. He walked me through everything he checked and it turned out everything was good with the unit; it was a smart thermostat issue. Thanks Button’s for saving the day!
You have an issue you call the Button's its damn simple! Todd is awesome came out was giving me an estimate to replace my 18yr old dead AC it was a 14days wait for install he seen that i have an autistic child and he put us on the cancelation list without me even knpwong and to my surprise in 5 days he had my house an icebox again. You may pay a wee bit more with Buttons but its worth it to be treated not as a customer but as a friend and a human being! Thank you Buttons
