My water heater started to leak, so I called Button's. The leak wasn't urgent. The next day, their technician (Daniel) called because he was in the area, and said he would be over in 10 minutes. Daniel was friendly and professional. He efficiently diagnosed the leak in 20 minutes, and then spent 30 minutes on the phone with the manufacturer (Rinnai) to confirm the leak and warranty coverage.
