Placed an order on June 17. It’s the 4th of July and I have not received any kind of expectation on when I’ll receive my order. I’ve called, left a text back number, emailed. They sent me a tracking number for an order that was already delivered to an address that isn’t mine. Missed 2 deadlines for these buttons, and can’t get anyone to answer my questions when I contact them. Highly recommend finding someone else to order through, unfortunately.
I've been a big fan of this business for over a decade. Their machines are amazing. I was able to do my own maintenance on my 1.75" pressing machine. with a little bit of sewing machine oil for the moving parts of the machine, and some silicone spray for the button area. Their shipping has always been reliable and accurate. The owner of this business knows what they're doing!

This company has excellent customer support and they go beyond to make sure everything comes out right. We are a high school club with limited funds and have to account for ever penny. We had a situation arise beyond their control and they found a way to get us what we needed. We will be using them for all our button making needs. We heartily recommend them!
They are one of very few that carry the size I need, true 58mm (2.28"). Shipped within a few hours of placing my order. Definitely my go to for button/magnet supplies.
