2025 Spring UPDATE .. They have made some improvements lately. Let's hope they keep up the good work. They have an opportunity to show what they can do and take pride in their work...they should not squander it. They consistently overtrim the edges of the grass with weed whackers, making the grass edges too short ... This weakens the grass and promotes weed growth.

2025 UPDATE .. Still hasn't learned how to clear snow effectively. Seems to be different, unskilled strangers in our yard every week making noises with gas leaf blowers but not really cleaning up much. They were challenged by snow last year. If it ever snows this year, let's hope they have learned how to effectively use a shovel and a bobcat!
