Super helpful, Mr Butler and his team saved my vacation when the water in our rental stopped working. He was there until 10pm to ensure that we had water. He could have finished the next day, but since we had 5 kids with us, he wanted to make sure we got the water back up and running. We were grateful.

Never returns calls. Even when you get through they say they will call back but never do. They also failed to mention that things would pass a service check. Now stuck replacing everything, which is costing more now then it would when I had him come in an repair it.
Mr. Butler removed a screw from my kitchen disposal, but in the process loosened it to such an extent that it came completely dislodged from the sink. That in and of itself can be forgiven (things happen). What can’t be forgiven was his lack of responsiveness. He failed to return my calls, despite my leaving numerous voice mail messages! Thus I was forced to contact a second plumber who responded almost immediately.
