The quality of our house is absolutely terrible. The warranty that comes with the house is also terrible. Master bath toilet wax ring is bad already, found mold under the toilet, master shower drain is leaking already, kitchen sink is leaking already. Cracks from house settling but they only fix it once. Ive had to replace over a dozen of the recessed lights in the house. Door frames poorly put into the house, my kids slammed a door and it broke the entire frame(child is under 10 for example). We love our new Colony home purchased through Butters Homes, Inc. Mike our salesman, Rich the Service Manager, the set crew, Jeff our service tech and the entire Butters team helped make our home buying experience smooth and easy. The few minor problems that have popped up have been taken care of efficiently and with care. Thank you all for getting us into our beautiful new home!
Would not recommend mark
Butters Homes has a very good selection of homes. We worked with Mark, he was very informative and answered all our questions and wasn't pushy, he even stayed late and helped us unlock our car after we locked the keys in it accidentally. We would highly recommend Mark Burd and Butters Homes
Butters says its Pennwest, Pennwest says its Butters.... what do we have to do to get window screens owed. Very, very, very dissapointed that the finishing touch is a year old.
