We worked with Joe Coluntino on the sale of our first home/purchase of our second, and he was responsive, knowledgeable and got things done timely. Joe answered our questions and walked through the paperwork with us every step of the way, to make sure that we understood all of the (many) moving pieces involved in selling and purchasing a home. After receiving a foreclosure notice from a lender that I didn't recognize, I reached out to Butters Brazilian law. John was kind and responsive as he expertly guided me through this unusual situation. He ultimately convinced my Title company, which originally denied the claim, to compensate the seller's mortgage lender for money my now-disbarred real estate lawyer had stolen. This super-stressful situation, where I feared losing my home and life savings that were in the down payment, turned out perfectly!
