Management and maintenance have always been prompt to answer a question or resolve a problem. Community is very nice and well kept. We’ve been very happy here and recommend this community as a place to live.
I've lived at Butternut Ridge for about 3.5 years now and have lived in 3 different apartment units which is pretty crazy, but I like the apartment complex a lot. The amenities are pretty amazing, the gym is surprisingly big, the special events are pretty fun and engaging, the parking garage is a great plus, the pet accommodations are also great, and maintenance is generally pretty on top of it as long as you make your concerns very very clear. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Rent includes garage. 24-hour gym. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
They're always doing something super fun for residents. Appreciate the attention they give to all matters!
