We moved in OH from Indiana and looking for a good place to stay before buying a house in the area. Butternut Ridge is a very nice apartment complex with good and friendly staff. Office staffs are very good on answering any questions with prompt response even with emails. Maintenance are always on task with any issues came up. They have good amenities, place is quiet and very pet friendly. Jessica is very attentive and kind so as the new manager. He checks on things making sure we met our needs at one time we had an issue. apartments are a bit outdated for what you pay. with that being said, i had no major issues in my 11 months here and the maintenance team does a great job handling service requests and maintaining the community. if the rent pricing was lower, i would've rated it higher
Jessica was the absolute best. Very professional, explained every detail and was very compassionate due to the passing of my husband.
Just moved in recently with my wife and the process was smooth and easy! Shawn Fern gave us our tour and helped guide us through the onboarding process. He was a great help and I’d highly recommend anyone interested in Butternut Ridge to contact him!
I've lived at Butternut Ridge for 3.5 years. I downsized after owning a home for a many years and wasn't really sure what to expect. Honestly, I couldn't be happier! I absolutely love the size of the "town home" style apartment that I'm living in. I have an upstairs with the second bedroom and a second full bath and a very large loft area.
