I must say that it has been such a pleasure working with Kimberly Liccardi at Butternut Ridge to maintain the equipment in the fitness room. Kimberly’s attention to detail and communication skills are impeccable. She’s always been on top of things and I know if she’s handling any situation, it will be taken care of. I can’t say enough good things!!

We moved in OH from Indiana and looking for a good place to stay before buying a house in the area. Butternut Ridge is a very nice apartment complex with good and friendly staff. Office staffs are very good on answering any questions with prompt response even with emails. Maintenance are always on task with any issues came up. They have good amenities, place is quiet and very pet friendly. Jessica is very attentive and kind so as the new manager. He checks on things making sure we met our needs at one time we had an issue.
