Sage and Branden were fabulous. I love efficiency and they exceeded my expectations. They fixed a 10 item list in an hour - making my life simple and less frustrating. They were friendly and seem to really like making things right !!!!
My experience at Butternut Ridge has unfortunately aligned with many of the concerns mentioned in previous reviews. This community has potential, but the overall experience does not justify the premium rent residents are paying. While I understand management has policies to follow and jobs to protect, there needs to be stronger accountability and proactive oversight from Nolan Living to ensure the property is properly maintained. Sage is efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance fixes. Not to mention he is very nice!
What a beautiful community over here at the butternut ridge apartments. Very friendly and accommodating management and staff. Highly recommend!!
