Horrible
We loved living here for the first few months of our lease! We use all of the amenities, and Shawn was amazing getting us all set up here. However, the past 6 weeks living here has been miserable. Management refuses to turn on the AC systems, giving an excuse that no other place seems to have trouble with. Our apartment has consistently been in the 80s. I've lived here for a year and I would highly recommend Butternut Ridge as a place to live. There's so many amenities including the pool exercise room clubhouse with computer/printer coffee machine washer/dryer in apartments trash compactor playground for kids. There are different floor plans and you get to choose which building you want based on your chosen floor plan and what's currently vacant.
