Been trying to buy a place here but there is NEVER a manager on site to help us nor does he return our calls.Came back today to see property manager and again, not in site and nobody knows where he is at.
It's absolutely terrible they charge rent for so much and and if somebody broke the trailer the guy will blame it on the person who lives there and then you have to pay more rent
I wouldn't recommend this mobile home place for anybody rent there they don't fix what breaks they want charge renter for what they don't want fix it's bad place especially people with kids because when you have leaks it becomes mold there because of them no fixing problem If I could I would give 0 star but it's not allowed
