It's absolutely terrible they charge rent for so much and and if somebody broke the trailer the guy will blame it on the person who lives there and then you have to pay more rent
I wouldn't recommend this mobile home place for anybody rent there they don't fix what breaks they want charge renter for what they don't want fix it's bad place especially people with kids because when you have leaks it becomes mold there because of them no fixing problem If I could I would give 0 star but it's not allowed
Woodbury Mobile Home Park/TRG Management don't deserve no stars or do I recommend nobody rent from them my rent was paid up in full Brent that's running this place found way to charge me for cleaning Fee + charge me for drywall that your responsible for but thing with drywall is where you hook washer up there was water backing up on to wall and floor plus backing up in yard when I would wash my clothes and they never fix problem but I would still paid my rent and it was paid till day I left but bcuz your slum Lord didn't wan... read more
