We bought our new home here, 2 years ago and we couldn't be happier with the quality of home. Building homes is always challenging, but during a pandemic it was even more so. Pahlisch Homes came through every time we had a problem or concern. They make it right, thanks to their commitment to excellence in both building and customer service.
1. Terrible quality. If you are curious, take a look at any house building in progress. 2. Seller's Agent Farah? worst person to work with. Two of our real estate agents gave up working with her. None of the components on legal docs matters to her. She will simply ignore you. 3. Warranty? what warranty. We did home inspection shortly after moving in as there was water damage and for a year, they haven't done anything despite us constantly asking for repair. Unfortunately the year warranty ran out.
