Rude unprofessional and always a hassle and if you call them out on it that get nasty. It's been 4 days with no psych meds because their driver either claims no one home. Or another excuse why they haven't been delivered. This mark 9 times they have done this not sure who they paid for positive reviews but this store should go out of business for our sake
They deliver to an ALF for a loved one. They are always, repeatedly late!! They have to go without their meds when they do this! I was told by the pharmacist that happened bc they are not to start their meds until the Sunday following the monthly cycle! So if it's delivered on Wednesday they have to start the following Sunday!??? WTH??? You aren't open on Sunday and it's usually after the meds are finished for the previous month! I have counted the meds over and over again every single month and she never gets her meds befor... read more
I love the Butterfly staff, they are very accommodatingand are willing to go to any lengths to be helpful.
best pharmacy in all of florida, they are very helpful, they take care of you quickly and respond promptly to any concerns, absolutely great staff! I definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs prescriptions filled.
