Valerie is excellent!
I highly recommend kinesiology with Valerie to anyone who’s dealing with stress or muscle tension. It was a gentle but effective way to reconnect with my body and address both physical and emotional imbalances. Valerie was caring, and thorough explaining the whole process and gave me some tips for managing my stress and improve/change some not so helpful habits.
