I highly recommend kinesiology with Valerie to anyone who’s dealing with stress or muscle tension. It was a gentle but effective way to reconnect with my body and address both physical and emotional imbalances. Valerie was caring, and thorough explaining the whole process and gave me some tips for managing my stress and improve/change some not so helpful habits.
We are all beings of light and bliss, but often become obscured by blockages and dense energy. Valerie's energy healing sessions have helped me recognize and release these blockages, leading to a significant reduction in stress and a deeper understanding of my true self. I'm grateful for her guidance and support on this journey of self-discovery. It's a blessing to have such healing services available locally.
