I had a frustrating experience with this provider during the assessment process. While communication was professional, the recommendations felt incomplete and did not align with the level of support that was expected. The outcome focused primarily on caregiver training rather than offering direct services, which was surprising given the concerns that were raised. 13 months ago our son was hitting teachers, staff and other kids at school. He was destroying classrooms and eloping to the gates! We had the same BCBA and RBT for the entire 13 months. They were wonderful! They became my son’s friend. They gained his trust. We have one more session left. My son is graduating!!!!! This momma has happy and sad tears! Butterfly Effects supported us the entire time. We truly appreciate all they have done for our family!

This clinic has truly been a godsend for our family. My son has been receiving services here for the past year, and while we’re heartbroken to leave due to relocation, we’re so grateful for the time we’ve had. Our BCBA, Abby Lee, has shown unwavering kindness and dedication, always supporting our family with compassion and professionalism.
