Awful experience, they completely wasted my time and my son urgently needs therapy. I remember asking them “does my son qualify for therapy” and they said yes. So I submitted all the required documents and clinical reports to them and instead of reading it they sent it through insurance approval and that takes forever. At any rate a month later Shanice was like okay we were approved for insurance let me just check with clinical to see where your son would go. I went for a tour and the place is very clean, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. After seeing 4 other centers I decided to go ahead and move forward with them. Anyone who is searching for a place for their child, this place has an open concept but also has private areas like sensory rooms and places to nap. I really liked the setup! Plenty of space for kiddos & overall friendly people but I’m giving two stars for a few reasons. #1: They kept switching the times for drop off and pickup almost daily & was a little stressful to deal with while in School full time. #2: Food allowed to pack for lunch was limited which also was a bit stressful since my son has texture issues & will only eat specific items . (Also no microwaving allowed) #3: My 4 year old was essentially kicked out of ABA therapy because his father who lives hours away called a staff member an... read more
