Terrible hiring staff. Needs more safety measures for the children. Unbelievable. They need to evaluate that girl.
No background checks at all on their employees that lady absolutely needs to be fired and not work around children at all. Crazy part on management to let her be there this long.
While we have had turnover with technicians, they have all been wonderful and respectful. The staff has been great and very accommodating. Very supportive at home and with the school setting. We live pretty far out and we have animals. We opted for in home due to hectic schedules with Multiple kids and medical care for my mother. It was a little rocky at first. My son loves the place, the therapists are the best, it's the best we've found, my son is making great progress and learning a lot.
