Butterfly Effect, has a great staff. And making a huge differences on the life of my grandson. They are very patient. They communicate well with families. Great job.
Butterfly effects has done nothing but fail my child. From the amount of employee turnover to no communication at all. They have done nothing for us to help but only hender my son's progress. I hope they truly make some changes.
Worked at this facility and it broke my heart to see the condition of the place every day. They did not have a proper janitorial staff so the place was filthy, the children's bathroom was awful. The management too was terrible. A female client was sexually abused by a couple other clients who didn't understand what they were doing but the staff was threatened with termination if they reported anything.
