My son's therapy team is nothing short of amazing. They have been so transparent and always informative about what they're realistic goals are for my baby. I've actually seen actual progress and I am so impressed with the work they've done. He loves his team.
I think they should have more techs to help
IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I trusted Butterfly Effects to keep my non-verbal autistic child safe while he was receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) care for autism. While my son was under their supervision, he ingested ANT POISON. It was terrifying and could have been life-threatening. I know how he was able to access it: the incident resulted from a lack of wherewithal to prevent him from reaching a hazardous substance. Me hubiese gustado dar buenas recomendaciones pero al contrario, estoy muy decepcionada de esta institución las personas no son amables y si no hablas inglés no te atienden, nadie resuelve nadie hace nada, tranfieren la llamada de un lado a otro y nadie sabe nada, lo que les interesa únicamente es cobrar el seguro más no el bienestar de los niños ,es muy triste ,inscribieron a mi hijo sin autorización ni tan solo fui a la cita de entrevista y cuando quise hacer uso del seguro me dicen que el ya está activo con Butterfly, aho... read more
