Went to Butterfly Effect Aerial Yoga for my birthday. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to taking more classes in the future!
Tina N. & Joan M. are great instructors. They are very welcoming and will walk you through the basics of the class prior to starting the workout. Great music selection and personality. I suggest trying this class as it's so different than othe workout classes I have tried.
Such a great experience! I’ve loved yoga for years, but I really needed to mix things up. Just the intro class was enough to get me hooked. Sore all over but had so much fun and can’t wait to go again! I love that owner/operator Erica teaches the intro class. It’s so cool to hear directly from her why she started this all. Absolutely love the accommodations for pose modifications and the desire for body positivity in the studio. This is such a great and wholesome environment and I’m glad to be a part of it!!
My daughter really enjoyed the kids Boot Camp. She told me afterwards that she “officially feels more comfortable in the silk than out.”
I met Erica and her crew at the Eastmark Farmer's Market several months ago. It has taken me forever to finally get to the studio for a class. It was both harder and more fun than I expected. I am not in the best physical shape and appreciated the "no judgement" environment in the studio. I am looking forward to my next class.
