Having Heather’s support during the second half of my pregnancy was such a great help. Struggling with anxiety during pregnancy and labor has always been difficult for me, but my weekly visits with Heather made such a difference. The information and education she shared helped me feel more calm, prepared, and grounded during those final weeks of pregnancy and throughout labor. I would recommend Heather without hesitation. Where do I start? Heather is amazing! When I reached out to her, I was already well into my pregnancy, literally just a few months away from my due date.
