Beautiful date night spot with excellent sushi
Had a good experience at Butterfish Sushi. The sushi was fresh, nicely presented, and everything we ordered tasted really good. The place had a nice relaxed vibe and the service was friendly. It did take a little longer than expected when it got busy, but overall we enjoyed our meal and would come back again.
The waiting staff there were kind, thats about it tho, the sushi was mediocre and costed significantly more then other sushi spots in the area.
We like Butterfish but the experience we had today was difficult to understand. We ordered a few items and all but one came out in reasonable succession. We finished what was brought to us and then waited for our final nigiri dish. I saw and heard our server bring and announce the same dish we were waiting for to the table next to us. I thought it must be a coincidence as the guests didn’t seem surprised or confused.
