I have been taking my Yorkies to this clinic for several years. I’ve been very happy with the way they’ve treated me and the good care that they’ve shown my dog. After 15 years my Yorky finally had to be euthanized because he had a brain tumor and was having seizures. Beware people of pet clinics that give you such good lip service, send you kind email reminders and birthdays to lure you into thinking they really care for your pet and not their bottom line... Today I took my beautiful 7 year old healthy min pin dog to @Buttercup Hospital in Cedar Park TX, to get his teeth cleaned this morning. I paid for all the preop exams including an EKG which apparently did not register anything bad prior to the op.... they just notified me that my dog died in the middle of the procedure for no appare... read more
Tried to go to this place a few times and every time was very upset with the way they treated us. Finally had enough when I called for the last appt and the girl on the phone was very disrespectful. Then she made the appt for the wrong date. I won't be back again.
