UNFORTUNATELY....this experience was extremely DISAPPOINTING!!!! The stylist, who is not the owner....did not listen to my information regarding the shade of organic color that I had received at another salon in the past. She instead chose to make it one shade darker...which I knew was incorrect. I left the salon and called the owner.....Initially, she was receptive but after she spoke with the stylist she completely turned on me and stated that they would not place the CORRECT color with a few more foils on the top aspect ... read more
