i booked in for an industrial piercing, the girl that did my piercing was so lovely and honest and told me it wouldn’t heal well due to the size of my ears so instead we did a belly button piercing. she was so kind and patient and did it so quickly. lovely experience over all!

The lady that did my nails was lovely and kind. I love the colour I chose. The paint work is a bit patchy and not 100% perfect. I was given a pair of temporary slippers, as soon as I walked out the door to the pavement, the slippers broke and slipped right out of it. Had to go barefoot home, luckily wasn't too far.

Extremely disappointed by my ‘60 minute Dermalogica’ facial. Was cut short 20 minutes and also had my nose punctured when the therapist went to do the extractions; it was painful and has left a mark, a clear lack of skill in this area. I shared my feedback with the salon owner who was somewhat dismissive and took no responsibility and instead came back with excuses. Adeline did an amazing job on my gel nails. She took time and I felt pampered and she answered all my questions. I was very pleased with how they looked and especially with how long they lasted! Ive booked in with her again!

Lovely salon with friendly staff and a great service. Been coming here for 6 years now and would definitely recommend!
