Absolutely unethical and unprofessional company. First, I was charged return shipping which was $16 (or just over 30%) of my purchase total for a lipstick that gave me peeling, cracked and parched lips for several days after removal. I wrote to them and they seem not to know it might be illegal to charge return shipping for defective products.
