Met the owner Dan, all he does is bad mouth other brands I had to ask so many questions because they never gave you information, here is the stove look at it. It is my first time buying and they were not considerate of that. They were nice people but gave no information. You had to wait two months for installation appointment. I called today, 10/25, to inquire about a fireplace insert. I was asked why did I wait until October 25th to try to get one. What? I HAVE THE MONEY NOW AND WANT ONE, THAT'S WHY. I was told to come to the store, get a fireplace measuring sheet, measure the fireplace, then bring the paper back to the store, and then, someone would talk with me about an insert.
