Ryan is one of the best providers I have had in my lifetime. At the age of 59, that's saying a lot! He listens, he is extremely thorough, and he prescribes accordingly. I would MICH rather have Ryan on a tele-visit than attempt finding another provider that can stand up to the care I get from Ryan Carlson!! Thank you for all you do, I truly appreciate you! The office staff are always very friendly, and for living in a small, rural city, we are so fortunate to have the current staff of Butte Valley Medical Center!!

Trying to get your child in when they are sick and need seen is a joke. They say they have same days one call. And one call they say they no longer do them. Then say I will put you on the cancelation list. But to call the next day for a same day.... to be told they are gone already a minute after they open. But to call back tomorrow, and I will put you on a cancelation list... oh you were put on it yesterday? Oh tomorrow we have 3 same days... I have been calling all week starting at 8 am to get in.
Friendly people at the front desk. Friendly doctors. You are in and out of no time for your appointment.
I have to travel 200 to see this dentist....I would go further if needed to get the care they give their patients. With this office...the patient comes first. The office staff is outstanding!!! To actually talk to a provider that cares is such a joy!!! Thank You Butte Valley!!!
