I limped into town with serious car troubles with my Nisan Frontier. Just got of a nerve racking drive up I-15 from Rigby, after visiting 3 other mechanic service center shops. Truck still not fixed. Carolyn was my service advisor and she patiently listened and understood I was still over 600 miles from home and desperately needed a proper diagnosis and fix so I could safely get home. Had an issue with a rental car and they fixed it, faster than you can say "small oil leak". Great customer service!
While traveling on vacation, my car broke down on a Sunday afternoon and I had it towed to Butte Toyota not knowing what to expect. The next day, I was pleasantly surprised by the service center of this dealership. My car was completely not drive-able (hence the tow), and they promptly squeezed my vehicle into the schedule for the day and started looking at it right away. So I am very critical of services especially as an ex-New Yorker. My Butte Toyota service experience is considered service excellence at its best! Carolyn was outstanding and saved our day as she was receptive to our need to have our 4runner serviced in a timely manor due to an unforeseen situation. Very nice hometown friendly atmosphere.
