We were passing through Butte as part of a roadtrip and an ominous brake warning light illuminated. Everything seemed to be working fine, but with family in the car and many miles to go we hastily looked up the nearest Subaru shop. I came expecting an expensive diagnostic service, long waits, and potentially calling several shops. The staff are always polite and professional. They explain things to you so that you know the how and why you might need a service or part. Truly an exceptional crew.
The service department did an excellent job on some warranty exhaust work my 2018 needed. They made it easy for me to schedule and even dropped me off at work, then dropped off my car when they were done. They also did an inspection, including rotor thickness on the brakes and let me know that the rear rotors were nearing end of life (at just under 100k mi, that's expected).
