It's always a pleasure dealing with the service department at Butte Subaru. They do a great job scheduling and are ready for the vehicle when it arrives and they do the maintenance on time and really exceed expectations. I also like the fact that they text you when the maintenance is done quicker than expected. Absolutely 5 Stars!
What can I say about Butte Subaru??? A great place to get your Subaru worked on, while you wait or you're more than welcome to leave, go do some errands, while the Subaru Service team works on your Subaru!!! I went and got my oil changed. And I waited in to the waiting room. And they had coffee and TV for me. And while I was in there they video about my car and ask me if I wanted to replace something cause it needed it, but they wouldn't do it unless I said. Yes, so I like that about that and they were just so kind there. Autumn was so good at the desk.
I messaged on the car on a Sunday, Jeremy reached out to me early Monday, took my info, had me approved less than 30 mins, documents signed on Tuesday, picked up my car on Wednesday- spent less than 15 mins in dealership! Jeremy was quick to respond to my questions before and after the sale! HIGHLY recommend Butte Subaru!!!
