The mechanical work and customer care that Butte Subaru offers are stellar. I went there during the four years that I lived in Butte and I still go there since I've lived in Bozeman. The mechanics are top-notch and one of them (Matt Johnson) is likely one of the best in the country. Great work and reasonable prices; much lower than in Bozeman. Likewise, the employees at the front desk, as well as the managers (Autumn, Sean, Kurt), are always pleasant and accommodating.
I messaged on the car on a Sunday, Jeremy reached out to me early Monday, took my info, had me approved less than 30 mins, documents signed on Tuesday, picked up my car on Wednesday- spent less than 15 mins in dealership! Jeremy was quick to respond to my questions before and after the sale! HIGHLY recommend Butte Subaru!!!
Butte Subaru is the best! I came from out of state to purchase my new Forester. We did the preliminary paperwork over the phone. When I arrived, everything was exactly as talked about, and there were zero surprises. Shane is a rockstar salesman. He was extremely honest, and easy to work with. I greatly enjoyed working with him. Lindsey was the best finance person that I’ve ever signed paperwork with. To Shane and Lindsey: keep up the great work, and THANK YOU!
It's always a pleasure dealing with the service department at Butte Subaru. They do a great job scheduling and are ready for the vehicle when it arrives and they do the maintenance on time and really exceed expectations. I also like the fact that they text you when the maintenance is done quicker than expected. Absolutely 5 Stars!
