In 1985, Robert Buttars began business in Tremonton as Buttars Tractor-Tremonton Inc. He originally purchased an existing Massey Ferguson store and within a few years added Ford New Holland and MacDon. Kirby followed in 1989 and Arctic Cat in 1999. I took my tractor in and got an estimate to fix it for $1500. After it had been there for 4 days they called back and increased the estimate to $2200. A week later the estimate was $2900. When it was finally done they said the total cost was $3400. When I brought up the previous estimates I was told that "as far as I'm concerned its your bill". I called and got estimates for the same work from 2 other companies and they said it shouldn't have costed more then $1200. Rude people, over priced and they don't know what they are ... read more
Not satisfied. Very rude, terrible service.
Their service department is top notch. They make a concerted effort to repair your equipment in a timely and affordable manner. Their technicians are knowledgeable and helpful, and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company.
