Wonderful customer service from the "hair expert". She exceeded my expectations by taking her time to get to know my preferences. I had no idea what I wanted when I arrived. She took her time to explain each type of virgin hair they offered. I ended up buying the pure wavy. Definitely a hidden gem in Jackson!
