Butta was absolutely amazing assisting my family with our new home purchase. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our dream lists were met. Even with a new build he ensured build quality and all of our requirements were upheld by the builder ensuring we had the best deal possible. From start to finish we felt like he was apart of the family the way he took care of us. We ended up with the most amazing house that exceeded all of our needs and wants. Butta helped me buy my first condo 7 years ago, and I was grateful for his help back then. As things changed, the need to sell that condo arose, and I reached out to him to help me for a second time.
