You always have to call them, they never initiate a call to update you on the status. Getting my vehicle has been untimely and a hassle (over 3 weeks). They did not look at the vehicle until it was there for 5 business days and did not order parts in time.

I rarely write reviews, ever, but these guys have seriously impressed me. They took me to work after I dropped off my vehicle, and then brought it to my work and sent me an email with a link to pay. Very good service.
