We had a wheel bearing and thermostat replaced on a 2004 Ford Ranger in February. We paid during the week and were unable to pick it up until the weekend when the shop was closed. When we picked it up, it was obviously not running properly (the 4 year old even commented on it). The egr solenoid had been busted off during the work and was replaced with a new one but it did not function properly. It must not have been test driven or it would have been noticed.
