Just had my oil changed, along with the other things on the checklist; fluids & wheels rotated. Of course, I'm a customer, but TBH, I feel confident they have my best interests at heart & will only come here in the future.
Had my car for three to four weeks and found nothing wrong with it. The next week same thing was going on. Car just stopped while driving. I told the issues happened on the expressway and they would only drive it in the city. Told me it was safe to drive and had no issues. Barely had any miles on it. Took it to a different ford dealership and found multiple things wrong it and told me it was not safe to drive.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend Gene Butman Ford for all your vehicle needs.
