I didn’t catch the name, but a lovely gentleman (maybe Butler himself?!) spent about 30 minutes helping us find the correct bolt for our sliding van door and didn’t charge us anything for the time. Thank you so much for the kindness and help!
If I could give 100 stars I would. One of our boys had a hose break in the truck this morning. Butlers not only provided a replacement part but went out and filled it with air to get it moving. This is our first run over to Perth and of course it happens today of all days! Can't thank you guys enough. Exceptional service

I had a breakdown in a small town nearby although the gentleman at Butlers especially young Troy don’t really do the kind of services that I needed to repair my vehicle they gave me some great advice and sent me to the right place in Port Augusta to help me out and it was just great smalltown customer service and I really appreciate it thank you boys
Ian and his staff are outstanding. Great service with old fashion customer service which is hard to find these days. They go the extra mile are hard working. Would recommend them to everyone.
