What great customer service! Called in a pinch on a Thursday afternoon, Paige answered and said he will do his best to get.to me tomorrow. He shows up same day at 7:30 pm. Got our central air running again. I can't praise this company enough! Well done and Thank you!
Our furnace went out after hours in November of 2023. After calling all the companies I’d used in the past to fix it and coming up empty, I called Butler’s. The repairman, Paige, came out as soon as he was available and found that the furnace needed to be completely replaced. He found a replacement for us quickly and at a reasonable price. We used space heaters for two evenings before the new furnace was available (Paige offered to set us up with heaters, but we already had a couple). I had my furnace go down and I needed a part. Paige answered late at night, got me the part I needed, and also came to my house and helped me install it. 10/10 would recommend
