I called yesterday they had someone come out the next morning. The young gentleman that came his name is Lamar. What an outstanding young man. He was very thoughtful and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond what was expected. If ever I need any service again I will be calling Butler's. And ask for him. Very very satisfied with the service provided.
They came because of our home warranty company uses them. They took the 100 dollar service fee and did nothing . Claimed it was a dirty air filter. The unit has run for 5 hours since i put in a new filter, hasn’t shut off and is still the same temperature. A complete rip off. Don’t use
09-02-2026: an HVAC technician was scheduled for 1300-1500 task from 2-10 Home Owners Warranty and Butler's HVAC Service Technician was professional, fast, and efficient; I spoke to him about the problem, he went and knew exactly what was the issue and within 5 minutes my system was up good as new. Excellent, prompt, performance from Butler and their associates.
Booked a service thru my home warranty with this company and it was perfect! Professional, reliable and had the job done within the hour. Would highly recommend!
Best in the area and it’s not even close. Honest / professional/ punctual
