What an unreliable company. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck of our warranty company using this hvac company. They were sluggish with even making an appointment, then the service tech told us the HVAC was leaking, but it took 2 more weeks for Butlers to even bother telling the warranty company. They used the excuse they were waiting on parts (per the warranty company) but when we finally got through to them - they said there were no parts needed, there was nothing wrong with the system, just a moisture issue in the attic! ... read more
