Last week, they evaluated the AC at our vacation rental on OKI and told my rental management company representative that the system was operating at 25% and the coil needed to be replaced. I'm so impressed and thankful for the owners and staff at Butler's HVAC Service! I received super-fast service, and their amazing HVAC tech quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my HVAC unit! My wife has used Butler’s at work for a few years now and has had a great experience with them. So when we needed someone to maintain the HVAC for our home, it was an easy decision. During their maintenance visit, their technician quickly identified an issue with our secondary unit. They were able to resolve the issue with a quick turnaround and the professionalism was second to none!
Butler HVAC was our assigned contractor through our home warranty company. Chelsea was awesome to work with and got us scheduled quickly when our system stopped working and our house was smoldering! Anthony came out and quickly resolved the issue and got us back up and running. He even took time to explain the problem and educate us on the proper filters for our old system. Great experience!
