People need to beware of this guy. If you are mechanically challenged he will prey on you. We purchased a second vehicle a dodge journey with 105000km grandpa owned vehicle. Registerd to my spouse which lead him to believe it was her car and it was going through THE NEW mechanical process which he charged me 450.00 for. Little did he know I was also a mechanic so Chris butler did his job gave me my list and began doing the work only to realize he had me tear up my whole front end just so he can use his new alignment machine.... read more
Hands down best service all around, best mechanic in sudbury basin.. Chris is by far the best around and isn't in a rush to dump parts into a job..he'll do his diligence in finding the cause and a proper solution...only does great work and have zero issues waiting on an awesome mechanic to be available..As a high anxiety individual I can be alot to deal with sometimes,however anytime I'm nervous or unsure of what to do next he's always got a plan and a course of action. Chris and Wendy are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them. They are fair, honest, and take the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure you feel confident and informed. I truly can't recommend them enough!
