Had a booking for the Eras Tour Sydney N3, and booked it almost two weeks ago with no problem for a Sunday afternoon. I was allowed and shown through the booking process to select a Sunday with a stylist for an updo because I do not have the ability to do it correctly for how I want it. I was emailed today that they couldn’t fulfill the booking yet I was taken through the booking system at the time with no greyed out days and plenty of time slots available for the Sunday.
