Dr Joel Tan is the best doctor you could ever have. He works tirelessly to get the support you need and answers you deserve. Wouldn’t go to any other doctor anymore as he always fixes other Doctors mess. A real passion in what he does which is few and far between.
One of the reasons I drive all the way from Yanchep to. Butler to visit Butler Village Medical Centre is the lovely receptionists. Always smiling, nothing too much trouble with excellent customer service attitude. The second reason is to see Dr. Dennis Bermann. He looked after my health for over 10 years haven't heard of a GP tearing up when giving his patient news about her cancer results. I have been here a handful of times and every time I have waited about an hour for the GP. Receptionists are quite rude too.
Dr Keating is great, knowledgeable and always on time the other doctors however will happily let all their appointments run late and not just by 10 minutes but by almost an hour and don’t even care they will blatantly waste time in front of your eyes while you’re waiting in the waiting room.
