I have been here a handful of times and every time I have waited about an hour for the GP. Receptionists are quite rude too.
Dr Keating is great, knowledgeable and always on time the other doctors however will happily let all their appointments run late and not just by 10 minutes but by almost an hour and don’t even care they will blatantly waste time in front of your eyes while you’re waiting in the waiting room.
A fantastic facility with an even better team! Our family has complete trust and faith in all of the doctors that we’ve met here. As a result, they’re often booked ahead, but we make sure that we never miss an appointment. Thoroughly recommend these guys, we have our favourite doctor but I’m choosing not to say who that is because I don’t want them to have more bookings! :-) We are willing to drive 40 minutes each way to see these rockstar doctors! If i could give no stars i would, partner waited nearly an hour for his appointment with Dr Jackson Pyne then spent only 10 mins in actual appointment but Dr Pyne charged over $100 for a long consultation when my partner questioned this they said he was in the appointment for over 45 mins, my partner told the rude and useless receptionist no thats how long he waited for the appointment, they then said they will sort it out and call him back 2 days later still no call so he called them back and questioned why he has not heard... read more
