We had an emergency appointment for 6:00pm. The tech took us back into an exam room and we were waited promptly.
Predatory and over priced with front desk staff that can’t pull up a chart from a day ago to understand what’s going on. Have a dying pet? Well “find another vet” or “call at 8 am tomorrow”. Very nice for an emergency vet that told us to call if things didn’t improve.
As always, our trip to the Butler Veterinary Associates was a positive experience. We appreciate to professional care our pet receives for her annual wellness checkup.
Took 2 Shih Tzu females for a check up. The vet was very knowledgeable and the vet tech Tommasina was excellent!!
