The service staff is fast and friendly. Shawn my service tech was very helpful. I’m satisfied everytime Im scheduled to come get my vehicle serviced.
These service advisors and service center is a joke. I Went in to get my tires rotated on my Tacoma. It took almost 4 hours... They recommend $3k worth of service items. Which I kindly declined because they were not due at my particular mileage per the manual. I informed the advisor of what all I had done myself and what all I was planning on doing that same afternoon. I only wanted my tires rotated and somehow they took my engine air filter out of my truck and didn’t put it back in ???? Good thing I was planning on changing... read more
