Took my truck in to have a leaking radiator replaced, all in all not a bad visit. I contacted Natalia who was my service writer and she provided wonderful service and communication. She understood my time constraints and worked diligently to get me back on the road on time. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the technician. Service on the car was fine, but I left a expensive water jug there, I called back and asked a associate to put in the lost and found, when went back to retrieve it. It was not in lost and found, and it seemed like no one cared about my loss.
