Rob Stitz was great hooking me up with new tires for a great price. They got them on quick and done right! Very pleased with Butler Toyota and Rob Stitz was excellent! Will definitely come back for future service.

It's my first experience bringing my new 2025 Tacoma in for the 5000 scheduled service. 1.5 hours in and the service host just checked in with me on my vehicle's condition. If every 5000 miles I'm going to lose 2 or more hours of my life to servicing a new vehicle. I'm going to need a new plan for service. This is not going to work for the miles I put on my truck. Had a recall service done. Scheduled at 7:15am, and done within 30 minutes. If yall have been to Toyota Services in other states, this Toyota Service department is top tier. They don't upsell you, they treat what's needed, and that's it. I'll keep posting here whenever I get a good service. Honest people and they want you to come back due to their integrity. Wish they were my Toyota service place forever 🥲
The service department is the reason I will not come back there. Took my car in with the maintenance light on. Left it until the next day. Had my service done, no problem. But my tire pressure light was on and would not come off. When I called to ask why I was lied to..saying it was on when the vehicle was brought in.
