Always professional! Godfrey Ashcroft helped me out today, 4 12 2025, He and the tech who worked on my truck, informed me of a very dangerous situation pertaining to my tires. The tires were seperating, mostly due to the lack of driving the vehicle and creating flat spots, which I could feel when driving after long periods of inactivity. Efficient and friendly! Godfrey was super helpful and kind.
They did an alignment for me. One of my bolts was stripped for the adjustment. The tech told me about it but said I should be fine but couldn’t guarantee it. A couple weeks later it fell out of adjustment. I called Butler Tire and Taylor worked with me on next steps. I appreciate them working through this for me.
I waited for 45 minutes when I first walked in the gentleman told me he’ll be with me shortly. He was too busy in a conversation with another person to even remember that I was still waiting as I was dropping my car off to have struts replaced I didn’t even bother to remind him that I was waiting, so I went ahead and left plan on spending a while if you’re gonna visit there for them to repair your car most people don’t have a lot of time in life so definitely be patient, patience is definitely not my virtue anyway
