Went there after going to numerous other places looking for a 90amp 2pole breaker for my heat pump system. We had woke up to a cold house, the breaker was thrown and wouldnt reset. I had the breaker with me and have showed it to just about everywhere I went looking and all agreed it was bad, no good. Then went to Butler Supply and young man behind the counter @ Butler said they could get me a new one when one of the other guys behind the counter said, Let me see it. Great, had what I needed.
Well...let's just say that the owners son needs to work on his attention to detail and how to follow up on a customer's order. Dave came to the rescue when somebody's son didn't order the 60 feet of stick pipe I needed, and then proceeds to throw in an item I didn't need and certainly didn't ask for.
Great people been doing business with them for 15 years are better
