Our mother has been in Assisted Living at Butler Street for the past three months. The place is nice. Her private unit is a good size and the staff has been great.
We received a tour of the building on 11/22/2021. We were first greeted warmly by the director of marketing before even entering the building. Sarah Wiser could not have been more pleasant or professional. The receptionist Lisa was just as warm and welcoming. As we visited different levels of luxury. Our guide always stopped to make the current residents feel warm fuzzy and appreciated. I’d most definitely feel comfortable living here or having a loved one cared for at this charming facility.
A place called home! This community goes above and beyond in loving and caring for their residents. The staff is comforting and supportive of your loved ones needs and exceeds the expectations of what a senior living community is about. As a business professional in Senior Living, I highly recommend Butler Street Senior Living. It is HOME!
A beautifully appointed building! The staff are friendly and courteous, everyone took time to say hello to us. Rates are reasonable and competitive. Our tour guide, Sarah, spoke to every resident by name, you could tell by the interaction they knew her, and it wasn’t just a “show” for a tour. The grounds are beautiful, all in all a five star experience!
