I had a very disappointing experience. I moved out on April 1-2025 , I paid a security deposit for my appointment, and ((until now I haven’t received it back)). I tried to reach out several times, but there was no clear response or refund. This is very unprofessional and frustrating .I truly hope they take this matter seriously and handle clients with more honesty and respect.
The office staff is great! They are very friendly, very responsive to tenants concerns and getting them revolved quickly. I cant wait to see the completion of all of the renovation of the entire property. Kudos to Francisco and his maintenance team. They do a great job with the upkeep of the property.
I can believe the turnaround since Fatima and her team took over! Fast response, always Great energy:)
