Can be very very unresponsive to maintenance requests. Took almost 3 weeks just to get a reponse from Joe Rivera Sr.. just to fix a crack on ceiling. Not good. NOT DONE. NOT LUXURIOUS apartments for SURE. DONT WASTE UR MONEY. Go to POMPTON PLAINS, Less expensive and u get a back yard to bar b q. Lol

Before my kitchen was renovated cooking was a hazardous affair, with the kitchen cupboard door next to the stove falling off and hitting me and also the drawers falling out of place. Now it is safe and beautiful! Thank you so much for making the necessary arrangements so the renovation could be done! I really appreciate your dedication and service!

Monthly Rent is becoming unsustainable, right now is 87% of my SS check. Otherwise, the fact we are here for 8 years speaks by itself. Great environment, Excellent Maintenace group, clean and quiet.
